So, this little story was inspired by a reddit post I stumbled across this morning where somebody joked about how they'd make a terrible heroine for the 'who did this to you' trope because they bruised so easily. As somebody who is also constantly covered in bruises that I can't explain, that post had me cackling at the comments.

And then it sparked the idea of - what if some horribly clumsy, downright unlucky woman was married to a fierce, renowned warrior who took her bruises as an insult against his ability to protect his wife. Who simply could not stand the fact that this woman he loved felt pain...

Ergo, Ezra and Dani were born. I hope you enjoy their chaos as much as I did :)
